Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding retirement and pension benefits professionally
- Assist participants with retirement package requests and provide information on pension eligibility and benefit calculations
- Document all calls and maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
- Ability to connect to the internet via an ethernet cable
- Must pass an internet speed test with specified requirements
- Availability for shifts within specified hours after training
