Job Summary

Providing essential support to customers, the full-time remote Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound inquiries regarding health and financial benefits, document requests, and maintain proficiency in program policies while working a standard schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for potential and existing members regarding their benefits
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and customer complaints accurately
  • Maintain technical proficiency in program policies and provide clear information to customers
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and complete paid training successfully
