Job Summary
Providing essential support to customers, the full-time remote Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound inquiries regarding health and financial benefits, document requests, and maintain proficiency in program policies while working a standard schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential and existing members regarding their benefits
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and customer complaints accurately
- Maintain technical proficiency in program policies and provide clear information to customers
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and complete paid training successfully
