Job Summary

Supporting customers remotely, the full-time hourly Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, assisting with inquiries and providing accurate information while navigating multiple systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
  • Manage a steady call volume while ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive customer information
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test
