Job Summary

Providing support for employee and retiree annuity benefits, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, assist with retirement-related inquiries, and navigate multiple systems to deliver accurate and timely resolutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a steady volume of inbound calls related to benefits inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Assist customers with retirement and annuity-related questions while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor
  • Utilize multiple systems effectively to ensure timely resolutions and adherence to guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
