Job Summary
Supporting customers remotely, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls regarding employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing assistance with retirement inquiries and benefit information while managing a steady call volume.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to employee and retiree benefits, providing accurate information and support
- Manage call volume effectively while navigating multiple systems to deliver timely resolutions
- Maintain a professional and positive experience for callers, ensuring attention to detail and empathy in all interactions
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
