Job Summary
Supporting customers in a remote environment, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and resolutions while navigating multiple systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
- Manage a steady call volume while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions by actively listening and following guidelines
Required qualifications:
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of background check and drug test
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
