Supporting customers remotely, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and resolutions while navigating multiple systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
  • Manage a steady call volume while ensuring a professional and positive experience for every caller
  • Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
