Job Summary
Supporting customers remotely, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls regarding employee and retiree annuity benefits, assisting with inquiries and providing accurate information while maintaining a high call volume.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to retirement and benefits inquiries
- Navigate multiple systems to provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling sensitive customer information
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
