Key responsibilities
  • Handle a steady volume of inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Utilize multiple systems effectively to assist callers and ensure adherence to guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
