Job Summary
Supporting customers in a remote environment, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and resolutions while navigating multiple systems.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a steady volume of inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Utilize multiple systems effectively to assist callers and ensure adherence to guidelines
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
