Job Summary

Supporting customers with inquiries about employee and retiree annuity benefits, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, provide accurate information, and navigate multiple systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls related to retirement and benefits inquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions while managing a steady call volume
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive customer information
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
