Job Summary

Supporting customers in a remote environment, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, providing accurate information and timely resolutions while maintaining a high call volume.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
  • Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller while managing a steady call volume
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test
