Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Benefits Call Center Representative will support customers by answering inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, assisting with retirement inquiries, and providing accurate information while managing a steady call volume.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls regarding employee and retiree benefits, addressing inquiries and providing information
  • Manage call volume effectively while navigating multiple systems to deliver timely resolutions
  • Maintain a professional and positive experience for callers while handling sensitive information
Required qualifications:
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
