Job Summary
Providing support to customers, the full-time remote Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, assisting with inquiries and ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
- Manage a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems to provide resolutions
- Deliver a professional and positive experience for every caller, maintaining attention to detail
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
