Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefits Call Center Representative will support customers by answering inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, assisting with inquiries, and providing accurate resolutions while managing a steady call volume.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
- Manage call volume while navigating multiple systems to provide timely resolutions
- Deliver a professional and positive experience for every caller, handling sensitive information with care
Required qualifications:
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of background check and drug test
- Must be 18 years of age or older
