Job Summary
Supporting customers with retirement and benefits inquiries, the full-time remote Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide accurate resolutions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits
- Assist callers with retirement-related inquiries and provide general benefits information
- Manage call volume effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
