Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers by answering inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, managing call volume, and providing accurate resolutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
  • Navigate multiple systems to provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller while managing a steady call volume
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
