Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers by answering inbound calls related to employee and retiree annuity benefits, managing call volume, and providing accurate resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding retirement-related inquiries and benefit information
- Navigate multiple systems to provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller while managing a steady call volume
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience with healthcare, employer benefits, or retirement/annuity benefits preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of background check and drug test
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
