Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers with benefits-related inquiries, manage multiple workflows, and provide exceptional customer service during shifts scheduled between 4:40 am and 8:00 pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, enrollments, and life events
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to productivity and quality standards
- Participate in mandatory training programs and adapt to new processes and system updates quickly
Required qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems efficiently
- Must pass a criminal background check and internet speed test
