Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers with benefits-related inquiries, manage multiple workflows, and provide exceptional customer service during shifts scheduled between 4:40 am and 8:00 pm EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, enrollments, and life events
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in mandatory training programs and adapt to new processes and system updates quickly
Required qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems efficiently
  • Must pass a criminal background check and internet speed test
