Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, assist beneficiaries with questions about their benefits, and guide them through necessary forms to ensure they receive their benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and provide assistance regarding benefits-related inquiries
• Guide beneficiaries through forms required to initiate their benefits
• Collaborate with team members and manage inbox communications effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Knowledge of pension accounts (DB skills)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in internet connectivity requirements, including an ethernet connection
