Job Summary

Providing essential support to members, the full-time remote Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inquiries related to health and financial benefits, including pension plans, while ensuring accurate documentation and information delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial contact for potential and existing members regarding their benefits inquiries
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in the system
  • Assist members by navigating multiple systems to provide clear and accurate benefits information
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Knowledge of pension plans or defined benefit skills is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding skills
