Job Summary
Providing essential support to members, the full-time remote Benefits Call Center Representative will manage inquiries related to health and financial benefits, including pension plans, while ensuring accurate documentation and information delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for potential and existing members regarding their benefits inquiries
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in the system
- Assist members by navigating multiple systems to provide clear and accurate benefits information
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Knowledge of pension plans or defined benefit skills is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding skills
