Job Summary

Supporting employees with their healthcare and retirement inquiries, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, assist with claims processing, and navigate multiple systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Help participants understand plan options and provisions
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and web while documenting calls thoroughly
  • Complete customer-related transactions and provide guidance on required forms
Required qualifications:
  • Previous call center experience with high-volume calls
  • Experience with healthcare or employer benefits is highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
  • Successful background check & drug test, including education and employment verification
