Job Summary
Supporting employees with their healthcare and retirement inquiries, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, assist with claims processing, and navigate multiple systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Help participants understand plan options and provisions
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and web while documenting calls thoroughly
- Complete customer-related transactions and provide guidance on required forms
Required qualifications:
- Previous call center experience with high-volume calls
- Experience with healthcare or employer benefits is highly preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
- Successful background check & drug test, including education and employment verification
