Job Summary
Supporting customers with their inquiries, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will assist with understanding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement options, while working remotely and enjoying weekends off.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with benefit-related inquiries
- Provide clear explanations of healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Experience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred)
- Ability to successfully complete a paid training program
- Must pass an internet speed test and have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable
