Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Representative (Benefits Coach).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers, provide guidance, and handle complaints
  • Interact with customers to provide support and information on products or services
  • Collect and enter orders for new products or services, and forward complex issues to specialists

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Insurance License (TBD)
  • Employee benefits customer service experience
  • Ability to adapt to process changes
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
