Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Representative - Benefits Coach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, provide guidance, and handle complaints
  • Interact with customers to offer support and information on products/services
  • Collect and enter orders, resolve customer problems, and maintain customer records

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Life & Health insurance license preferred
  • Employee benefits customer service experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Exhibited benefit administration experience
