Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Communication Specialist who can effectively communicate complex benefits information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute clear communications for health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs across various channels
  • Own benefits communication strategy for retiree materials and annual open enrollment, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Partner with HR, legal, and vendors to align content with regulatory requirements and maintain benefits webpages
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in benefits communication, change management, or HR communications
  • Ability to simplify complex benefits concepts into user-friendly language
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration systems and HRIS platforms, with Workday as a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience partnering with HR and external vendors
