Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and Compliance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft plan documents and summary plan descriptions for self-funded group health plans
  • Maintain a detailed database tracking the history of all group health plan revisions
  • Organize plan documents online and assist in creating efficient workflows
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • At least 2 years' experience drafting benefits documents required
  • Understanding of Federal laws impacting group health plans, including the Affordable Care Act required
  • Knowledge of ERISA and experience with document review and legal documents required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
