Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits and Compliance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft plan documents and summary plan descriptions for self-funded group health plans
- Maintain a detailed database tracking the history of all group health plan revisions
- Organize plan documents online and assist in creating efficient workflows
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least 2 years' experience drafting benefits documents required
- Understanding of Federal laws impacting group health plans, including the Affordable Care Act required
- Knowledge of ERISA and experience with document review and legal documents required
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
