Benefits Compliance Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Compliance Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on legal matters related to employee benefits compliance
• Develop and maintain educational materials for compliance training
• Research regulatory changes and assess their impact on compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited law school preferred
• Active membership in the bar of at least one U.S. state preferred
• 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience required, preferably in healthcare or employee benefits law
• Interest in leveraging emerging technologies within compliance environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future
