Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst/Manager Benefits Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support regulatory reporting and compliance filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Assist with vendor oversight and benefit plan data analysis to ensure consistent plan administration
  • Manage implementation of new benefit programs and lead ongoing benefits projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CEBS or similar certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or compliance, with at least 5 years as a Benefits Analyst
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. benefit laws and regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with UKG preferred
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
