Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Configuration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and update product configuration elements based on benefit plans and documents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document customer needs and design benefit components in Facets
• Research claims issues, audit configurations, and represent benefit configuration in business partner meetings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Medicare benefit configuration or Facets configuration
• 3+ years of experience with Facets database tables and configuration
• 2+ years of experience with Facets Workflow and Business Process Automation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new computer system applications and multi-task effectively
