Benefits Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefits Configuration Specialist will ensure accurate setup of prescription benefit plans for clients, contributing to operational accuracy and client satisfaction through configuration, documentation, and validation of benefit designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding client's intent for the setup of their benefit plans
• Completing configuration of new clients and maintaining changes for existing clients, including account structure and benefit plan design
• Auditing all configuration elements to ensure accuracy and compliance with client intent

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 5 years of benefit configuration experience within a PBM or Healthplan
• Experience in plan setup testing
• Strong attention to detail
