Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Consultant (Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage and collaborate with teams to optimize customer use of benefits solutions
• Drive customer enablement of benefits features and provide best practice consultations
• Offer personalized support and guidance in benefits management to customers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience with benefits products such as benadmin and Flex benefits
• Passion for helping customers succeed in benefits management
• Strong project and time management skills
• Interest in collaborating with product and engineering teams
