Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant to manage employee benefit plans and support M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in M&A projects, developing tools to support related activities
- Facilitate operational activities related to benefit plans, including vendor payments and audits
- Research and operationalize benefit requirements, and develop employee toolkits and communications
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in US employee retirement benefits administration and operations
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading project-based work
- CEBS, CBP or similar certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of benefit laws and regulations such as ERISA and 409A
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce and/or Workday, is a plus
