Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage company-wide health and welfare benefit plans, including 401(k) and Section 125 plans
  • Lead the development and communication of employee benefit programs and oversee annual benefits renewal processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws governing benefits practices and manage employee health and welfare plan enrollments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
  • Strong knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations
  • 8 years of relevant HR benefits experience
  • 1-2 years of experience leading or supervising staff
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel
