Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor, Coordination of Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides telephone, administrative, and data entry support for the coordination of benefits (COB) team
  • Validates state, vendor, and internal COB leads using phone or insurance company portals
  • Updates insurance records in the claims transactional system and COB tracking database
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work cross-collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency
  • Health care experience is preferred
