Job Summary

Providing administrative support for coordination of benefits review activities, the full-time remote Benefits Coordination Processor will manage data entry, maintain insurance records, and validate information with other carriers to impact medical expenses and premium reimbursement.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide telephone and data entry support for the coordination of benefits team
  • Validate COB leads using insurance company portals and update relevant databases
  • Coordinate with CMS to log tickets for premium restoration related to Medicare Secondary Payer and End-Stage Renal Disease
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of administrative support experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a matrixed organization
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
