Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for employee benefits programs, including processing enrollments and changes
  • Assist with open enrollment and new hire enrollments, ensuring compliance with deadlines
  • Track benefits-related data and support compliance-related change requests and audits
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of administrative, HR, or office support experience
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR benefits administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience or exposure to HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment with required onsite presence
