Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to support the administration of U.S. benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage benefit enrollments, life events, and ongoing administration
- Maintain benefits data within HRIS and serve as the main contact for employee benefit inquiries
- Coordinate Benefits Open Enrollment and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience is a plus
- Strong data management skills; proficiency in Excel is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
