Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to support the administration of U.S. benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage benefit enrollments, life events, and ongoing administration
  • Maintain benefits data within HRIS and serve as the main contact for employee benefit inquiries
  • Coordinate Benefits Open Enrollment and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience is a plus
  • Strong data management skills; proficiency in Excel is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
