Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to support client benefit services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the client's Human Resources department, employees, and benefit carriers
  • Provide a variety of benefit services, including administration of life events, status changes, and benefit enrollments
  • Respond to employee inquiries and track compliance notifications in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent and/or related work experience
  • Proven experience operating in Microsoft Excel, including sorting/filtering and creating formulas
  • Professional experience demonstrating client service skills while multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in self-driven solutions with minimal supervision
  • Proven experience following a step-by-step process to produce positive outcomes
