Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to support client benefit services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the client's Human Resources department, employees, and benefit carriers
- Provide a variety of benefit services, including administration of life events, status changes, and benefit enrollments
- Respond to employee inquiries and track compliance notifications in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent and/or related work experience
- Proven experience operating in Microsoft Excel, including sorting/filtering and creating formulas
- Professional experience demonstrating client service skills while multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Experience in self-driven solutions with minimal supervision
- Proven experience following a step-by-step process to produce positive outcomes
