Job Summary
Benefits Coordinator, responsible for managing service fulfillment and supporting health plan members and customers in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with health plan members and service providers to optimize benefits and services
- Monitor referral activity and ensure timely service fulfillment while resolving escalations and customer service issues
- Collaborate with management and account managers on reporting, performance assessments, and other operational needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or care coordination role
- Experience in Public/Community Health or a related field preferred
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with reliable internet access
