Job Summary

To support the Fin/Ops department, the part-time Benefits Coordinator will manage HR data integrity, oversee recruitment and onboarding logistics, and administer benefits and policy inquiries, all while working remotely for 16 hours per week on a contracted basis until the end of 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy and perform regular audits of personnel files and agreements
  • Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires
  • Act as the primary contact for staff regarding benefits enrollment and policy inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR, and Google Workspace
  • Experience in managing recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of DEI principles in HR operations
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a part-time schedule
  • Commitment to confidentiality and human-centered communication
