Job Summary

Assisting COBRA benefits members and employers, the contract-to-hire Benefits Customer Service Representative will provide clear phone support, manage inbound inquiries, and perform accurate data entry while working onsite in Lakewood, NJ.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from COBRA benefits members, employers, and brokers, providing patient and clear support
  • Assist with COBRA benefit notices, elections, payments, and general account inquiries
  • Document calls and updates accurately in the system while supporting open enrollment activities
Required qualifications:
  • Prior benefits knowledge and experience processing enrollments or handling claims is a huge plus
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments is required
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable working with multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow detailed procedures consistently
