Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client performance and produce reports by reconciling large amounts of data
• Create and manage the client costing tool while maintaining strong data infrastructure
• Assist with the annual client renewal process for healthcare benefits and document business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Finance or Economics preferred
• 2-3 years of experience with relational databases and complex spreadsheets required
• Experience in healthcare analytics and/or insurance preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Knowledge of medical utilization terminology and analysis preferred
