Job Summary

Managing the accuracy of client and internal employee benefits data, the full-time Benefits Data Analyst will oversee billing audits, data reconciliation, and regulatory reporting while working remotely to support operational efficiency and minimize financial risk.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy of data between payroll systems and benefits administration partners
  • Manage billing reconciliation processes to secure full reimbursement for liabilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor benefits data metrics and trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics
  • 3-5 years of experience in group benefits administration or benefits data analysis
  • Intermediate SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
  • Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula and data analysis capabilities
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus
