Job Summary
Managing the accuracy of client and internal employee benefits data, the full-time Benefits Data Analyst will oversee billing audits, data reconciliation, and regulatory reporting while working remotely to support operational efficiency and minimize financial risk.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of data between payroll systems and benefits administration partners
- Manage billing reconciliation processes to secure full reimbursement for liabilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor benefits data metrics and trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics
- 3-5 years of experience in group benefits administration or benefits data analysis
- Intermediate SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula and data analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus
