Benefits Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Client Open Enrollment Team, the full-time Benefits Data Analyst will perform data management, reporting, and processing functions related to open enrollment processes, primarily focusing on data analysis and report generation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client performance and reconcile large datasets to assess financial performance
• Create and manage a client costing tool while ensuring data integrity across multiple sources
• Assist with the annual client renewal process and document business requirements for system setups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; preference for degrees in Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Typically 2+ years of experience with relational databases and complex spreadsheets
• Experience in healthcare analytics and/or insurance preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of medical utilization terminology and analysis preferred
