Job Summary
Analyzing and optimizing employee benefits programs, the full-time Benefits Data Analyst will manage benefits data accuracy, conduct audits, and support compliance initiatives while working remotely within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy across payroll systems and benefits administration partners
- Manage billing reconciliation and troubleshoot benefits-related data issues
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor benefits data metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics) preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in group benefits administration or benefits data analysis
- Intermediate SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
- Highly proficient in Excel with advanced data analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus
