Job Summary

Analyzing and optimizing employee benefits programs, the full-time Benefits Data Analyst will manage benefits data accuracy, conduct audits, and support compliance initiatives while working remotely within the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure data accuracy across payroll systems and benefits administration partners
  • Manage billing reconciliation and troubleshoot benefits-related data issues
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor benefits data metrics
Required Qualifications
