Driving the strategic design and operations of the VFlex plan, the full-time salaried Benefits Design Strategy Director will optimize service delivery, enhance client success, and execute growth initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Empower Client Success and Sales teams to increase VFlex upsells
• Optimize operational processes to minimize exceptions and improve service utilization
• Conduct analytics to support VFlex performance and enhance member experience
