Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy to attract and retain talent
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations related to employee benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field required; relevant Master's degree preferred
- Seven years of experience in Benefits, with a minimum of three years in management within a healthcare setting
- Experience managing a self-funded medical plan is required
- Demonstrated strategic skills in business planning and financial acumen
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems and software relevant to the role
