Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Benefits Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy to attract and retain talent
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations related to employee benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field required; relevant Master's degree preferred
  • Seven years of experience in Benefits, with a minimum of three years in management within a healthcare setting
  • Experience managing a self-funded medical plan is required
  • Demonstrated strategic skills in business planning and financial acumen
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems and software relevant to the role
