Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Director Benefits Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, design, and compliance of benefit programs while ensuring operational integrity and team performance
• Analyze the benefits market and implement competitive programs aligned with organizational goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-containment strategies for benefits administration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Seven years of progressive benefits leadership experience, particularly in health, welfare, and retirement benefits
• Experience with Workday Benefits and Absence required
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, PFML, and multi-state compliance requirements
