Job Summary

Responsible for the setup and daily operations of eligibility services technology platforms, the full-time Benefits Eligibility Specialist will manage data transfers, process changes and renewals, and provide technical support to clients in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure new group setups and process changes in eligibility technology platforms
• Conduct quality assurance testing and deploy protocols to ensure data integrity
• Respond to internal and external inquiries while providing training on the web-based enrollment platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of prior benefits administration experience with a focus on technology
• Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel; basic knowledge of Access
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and accountability
