Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume open enrollment season, the contract Benefits Enrollment Call Center Agent will provide professional customer service, manage inbound calls, and maintain accurate records while working remotely from Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls during the open enrollment period
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information while assisting with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and meet service deadlines
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with previous office, administrative, customer service, or call center experience
  • Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Office, and standard office technology
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Ability to work from a private, distraction-free home office
  • Commitment to reliable attendance throughout the peak open enrollment season
