Benefits Evaluation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the measurement and evaluation of digital transformation initiatives, the remote contract Benefits Evaluation Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data, develop performance reports and dashboards, and assist stakeholders in understanding the value of strategic programs within a complex healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and benefits realization activities for strategic initiatives and programs
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, Public Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, evaluation, performance measurement, or business intelligence
• Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Experience supporting KPI development, outcomes measurement, or benefits tracking initiatives
• Proven ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
